If youâre ready for all things pumpkin, then this Crumble is sure to start the season right!
Pumpkin Crumble
đFor the Pumpkin:
1 can pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 C. Brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix together and pour into an oven safe dish.
Bake for 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
đFor the Crumble:
1 stick of butter, softened
1 C. Gingersnap crumbs
1 C. Uncooked oats
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
đCombine all ingredients and blend with a fork.
Remove the pumpkin from the oven and add the crumble to the top.
Return to the oven for 50 additional minutes.
đServe warm or at room temperature with ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
đStore any unused portion in the refrigerator.
