If you’re ready for all things pumpkin, then this Crumble is sure to start the season right!
Pumpkin Crumble
🍁For the Pumpkin:
1 can pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 C. Brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix together and pour into an oven safe dish.
Bake for 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
🍁For the Crumble:
1 stick of butter, softened
1 C. Gingersnap crumbs
1 C. Uncooked oats
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
🍁Combine all ingredients and blend with a fork.
Remove the pumpkin from the oven and add the crumble to the top.
Return to the oven for 50 additional minutes.
🍁Serve warm or at room temperature with ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
🍁Store any unused portion in the refrigerator.
